Directions
1. Using Beater, beat the sugar, Butter Powder/Paste and shortening together for 3 mins.
2. Add the flour gradually.
3. Along with water, add the remaining flour.
4. Knead the dough and roll out in a sheet.
5. Cut the cookies in desired size and shape using appropriate dices.
6. Bake at 180 °C for 20-25 mins.
